maybe
as long as he promises to cut his hair ;) (its very distracting)

Boo Hiss!!! If we get one more shorn sheep on the Bulldogs list, I think I shall die of tedium. How do you tell one from the other out on the field, if the club shearer has them all looking like they were produced using a rubber stamp.
Long live an element of individuality I say !

I don't have a problem with his hairstyle
it just reminds me of those shampoo ads, where it looks like there is a fan blowing through his hair (or maybe he runs real quick)
I don't like it and I won't have it at our footy club ;)

Volume gathering mid with good skills and can play as a half forward if needed. Has been playing TSL for two years so in likelihood he'd make an immediate impact at afl level. Not nearly as skinny as what Templeton was.

About 184cm, 74kg

Would love him if Drummond didn't get through to the rookie draft.
What kind of player is he? Haven't seen much about him.

Yeah not too sure, not good with this type as shit as I get too attached with our players to trade em :p but just think it makes sense for Melbourne, especially if they've still got pick 3, and can grab another mid at pick 5.

Our second round/Higgins compo might do it.

What's everyone think of Cavka? Kid is often in the bests and seems to have some tricks up the sleeve, and pace to burn. Has had a fair bit to do with Rohan Smith also. I think he'd suit for our third rounder.

Average skills, gets to the right spots a lot, small frame, not the best decision maker

what has he had to do with Rohan Smith?

Fair enough. The kid is really coachable and I think in a professional environment most of his weaknesses can be ironed out. His dad also played a few games for our reserves in the 80s.
Basically being mentored by Smith. Apparently Bubba loves him and the feeling is mutual.

yeah well there is definitely something to work with
when I've seen him, he has bobbed up a lot
so he has to be doing something right :D

Would rather McLean. Btw his winning goal is at 1:54ish. Lucky that it went through the hands of the geelong player but how did he get that much space?

Not liking the sound of the "back injuries" attributed to him giving up cricket. Potential injury prone big man?
all the talls seem injury prone to be honest
Reece McKenzie has some pretty nasty sounding ones from basketball to
Lever with his knee, Marchbank with his knee
McCartin and Goddard both had injury interrupted seasons

talls must have a higher chance of injury?

Being a pace baller in Cricket puts a lot of strain on your back a lot more than footy. See a lot of them getting stress fractures in the back and things like that especially in young kids. Our docs would notice if anything was suspect with it before we go to the draft.

True, and speaking from experience of being 200cm+ it does make it harder carrying around that extra weight, you would be surprised the amount of soft tissue injuries you can pick up.

But a back injury can be potentially career ending. The mobility needed could seriously be hampered by ongoing back problems. It is more concerning than knee injuries IMO.

Too be brutally honest, the more I hear about Wright the more Ayce Cordy comes to mind.

Peter Wright (Calder Cannons) Height: 203 cm. Weight: 100 kg.

Ayce Cordy Height: 202cm, Weight: 77kg. when drafted

Very Similar.
