I one bloke we must try and get at all costs is Caleb Marchbank.

He looks really good but there's probably 10-12 I'd take before him, if not more. Why "at all costs"?

Very good key position player, that fills our needs, I believe we may trade to be in a position to land him.

Probably meaning the Jones trade, hoping we get their 2nd round pick.

Picks 25, 26 and 27 (or whatever it is) would be awesome. There will be a lot of talent around those picks and we could get some very nice future players if we draft well. Have a look at the phantom drafts, mouth watering opportunity if we manage to get the Blues pick and keep it for the draft.

Menadue, Keitel, R. Mckenzie, Viojo-Rainbow, O. McDonald, Duggan, Gartlett etc. There's always a few top 20 rated boys (like Lewis Taylor) who fall to mid-late 2nd round too.

Very exciting.

As long as a few are quality key position players, that could really turn this club around. IF we get those kind of picks and nail even 3/4 of them, along with getting Zaine as a 4th rounder, we would without a doubt have the best looking under 23 team and really set ourselves to have some future success.

You've really sold me on McLean over the past month really want this kid, just seems like he will add a hell of a lot to our forward line. Reckon he has midfield potential? At least part time anyway.

Holy shit if we can pull off Wright, Menadue, McDonald, McLean and Cordy I will ******* cry.

yes he does have midfield potential he has been playing there in the last few months and has been having 30 disposal games with a few goal here and there to go with it

I'm sure he could build on his frame, but I think from what I've seen his attack on the ball isn't as aggressive as you'd like

to be honest, probably sweet fudge all

that is why if a third rounder is what we got for Jones it would be a garbage pick in all honesty

probably someone from the TAC though, that hasn't had their name thrown up is most likely what we'd end up with

Could we go a 20/21yo from somewhere in the VFL or interstate? Are there any slightly older, Sam Mitchell types, tearing it up in the lower grades? Possibly better than wasting it on a sh1t kid

Gets good break on the lead, seems to know where to run, very athletic and nice hands. Can't kick for goal very well and needs to get bigger and stronger to be better in packs. Lots to work with I reckon and 198cm. Could do worse. I'd like him with a pick in the 40s.
