He has the big four skills, decision making, smarts and composure thay is why I rate him highly there are few players outside the top 30 or so this year who have all of those traits and with the loss of he who shall not be named and Cooney it is what we lack. His position making in marking contests and ability to take big marks is a bonus.

Looks like the most likely to go into the midfield and impact early next year out of the guys available later on.
It has been well-documented that McLean has all the skills and is pretty spectacular in the air etc etc, but personally I think his greatest asset is his decision making. Makes very good decisions very quickly. He'd be right up there with the best in this year's pool in that regard.

Eventually, he should end up in the midfield so maybe the Robbie Gray comparisons aren't far away.

DVR is bigger then he looks

Bound for Glory has him at 185cm
but I think he is closer to 187cm, walked past him a few times

I think he would be better on the wing then in defense, delivering it to our forwards

As good as highlights you will see from this bloke. That sweet left foot , beautiful to watch.
Can he fall to our 27/28 pick ?

Okay, so i've gone over our needs and re-worked my evaluations on who we should draft

P.26: Dillon Viojo-Rainbow
P.27: Edward Vickers-Willis
P.39: Alex Neal-Bullen
P.45: Darcy Cameron-Reeves
P.46: Michael Tilmouth-Turner

This is based on the fact that it will appear we've drafted double the amount of kids than we actually have and Dwayne Russell will have one less player to call Brad.

Menadue for sure, we need run desperately, then very tough decision McDonald you know what you will get an honest hard working defender, McKenzie is a bust or greatness type. Unless he is outstanding his type of build won't make it at AFL level.

In the end I would take the punt and go mcKenzie only because we already have Zaine Cordy locked in and he is similar in type to McDonald.

No Rainbow ?

No Rainbow ?

I like Dillon Rainbow as a player, no doubt about it, however with the Jets boys I have a feeling they may slip some places.
Sicily last year for instance went at 56 which was a real surprise.
I think it is a reasonable chance he will be there at 39, if so the Bulldogs could certainly do with a penetrating left foot kick like he has.

This list needs more hyphens...

There is a bloke running around for Central District called Josh Glenn. He is only 20, is a left footer and is a star. He deliberately didn't nominate for the draft last year as he wanted another year of senior experience. There is no doubt he will be drafted this year. I just hope it is by the Bulldogs.

His highlights are certainly impressive.

Apparently, according to many posts I've read on various forums, because we drafted Fuller and he hasn't become a sensation in one year, all South Australian's are vexed.

Pretty sure Fuller hadn't played two very good years of senior football. Josh Glenn is ready to play at elite level now in the same way that Aish did for Brisbane.

Im not interested in anyone who can run fast or kick long and accurately unless I see them run through traffic with the ball before doing it, or do it with someone hard on their hammer.

Having not gone through any of the vids, which players can do that consistently?

Surely we have to take a tall fwd in this draft, we have Boyd and ?.

Redpath hasn't even been confirmed as a list upgrade at this stage. If they're there I'd take McKenzie and Menadue with our first two picks. I know there are some knocks on McKenzie but he is big, not just tall but big, great hands and speed. If he is a gun in 5 years then we will have some Fwd line with him and Boyd, worth the risk.

I think Hammelmann has more upside than McKenzie and would compliment Boyd more so. I'm hoping we pick him or Keitel but i'll leave it up to the experts.

Including Tutt, 10 have gone, 4 have been added - Boyd, Biggs, Cordy, Jong.

We will use picks 26, 27, 39, 45 & 46 leaving us one more spot for a rookie upgrade (would have happened by now), a free agent (most likely), PSD, or retain Tutt

Jong is still a rookie? I wouldn't be surprised if we delist Pearce and or Fuller to go down the PSD or DFA track.
