I think we'd be mad to pass on Reece McKenzie. We're still short KPFs.

I think had we not got Boyd then there was a chance we'd grab Mckenzie if was about. I'm not so sure now. He looks to be a pure full forward. Unless we can see Boyd as a CHF? I think if we do grab a tall forward then we might look at Hammleman. He looks pretty agile, tall, reads the play well and could be CHF.

The other thing is will we go for McDonald now we have Hamling? I think we will pick up the best available skilled pacey mids with our first 2 picks.

Dannnnnnnnnn regarding Maynard, what do you believe would be the position he'd play in our senior side?

he is a good height to be able to play multiple roles and I've been wondering where he'd be used

Short term he likely finds his home in the forward line but I'd be taking a more long-term view with him, looking to develop him into a defender that pushes through the midfield occasionally in the VFL. He's extremely versatile but I think with his skill set he's best suited in the back half.

I think regardless of who is there, there will be some quality mids there. I like Menadue too, but like you think it's impossible he will be there, he looks too good. That said it will mean that someone else drops. I like Rainbow, Caleb Daniel, Cockatoo, Touk Miller, Gore, Toby Mclean, Blakely, Drummond, Neal-Bullen. Two of them should be there at our picks. Daniel being small could even be available with our picks in the 40's.

I'm guessing, but logic says that we will go after some skill and pace if possible at picks 26 and 27

Good choices as sliders. Can't say I'm that keen on Ellis tbh, theres just something about him not sure what it is but I'm not overly sold on him. Has the right skill set for what were looking for though and if we picked him I'd be happy enough and get right behind him. Would be absolutely rapt if Goddard slipped, would be the perfect pick up for us either as a CHF/2nd forward type or as a CHB depending on what we have in mind for him, and could quite possibly end up an absolute steal. Can't see him falling out of the top 15 though tbh but hey stranger things have happened.

Thats my top 22 and we might get one of those last 4. Next is a lottery!

Gore, Mcdonald, Keitel (teams historically use picks in the 20's on versitile talls).

I think Cordy is more a pick 26 - 29 only because he is 3rd tall size (Still a massive win).

2 of those top 22 to slide to us would be huge.

I think St Kilda might get Bampton with one of those early second rounders too.

Freo are mad if they look past Wright at 13. Just craziness if they do, unless Durdin is there, not sure why Goddard leapfrogged them both to be honest.

Ed Langdon is a kid that has been underrated or just not rated at all around here. Very similar to Lachie Weller. He probably shouldn't but looks likely to slide into the late-second/third round+. If we took him at 26 or 27 I wouldn't be outraged. At 39 would be an excellent pick imo

Medium mid/forward; very quick; plays with a bit of urgency; not exceptional but tidy skills; kicks goals; dangerous anywhere inside 60.
