The Dogs have nominated Cordy but not Foster as F/S.

I know I haven't seen many games but would much sooner Foster than Cordy.
Cordy just looks way too soft and a little reserved.

He won't fall to our pick.

Come on, think positive. All we need is a small scandal big enough to make him drop. How about an ACL scare. We can pretend that he has done one, put him in for an arthroscope and claim he has undergone a LARS reconstruction. That should be enough to have him drop to #6, it worked with Menzel after all ;)

Watched the movie Draft day last night.

I say we employ Kevin Costner so he can show us how to turn pick 7 into picks 1, 7 and a player.
Great movie - saw it myself a few weeks back. Would never happen here, surely due to paperwork and turnaround. It seems like all it took was a 'yep, that'll do' and the trade was done and dusted that second...

If the AFL ever moves to allow trading of future picks or trading during the live draft... this kind of thing could well happen...

Yes, came across as a fine example of commodity trading in its purest form. Poor old Dave Putney, woke up a Sea Eagle, went to bed a Brown and probably wondering what the **** happened.

haha yeah god damn David Putney... must have been out of contract... unless the NFL rules allow them to trade guys without permission...
