Petracca didn't play for Eastern Ranges? Anyone have any idea why? School footy?
Petracca doesn't go to school.
Not anymore he doesn't, he would have finished Y12 for Whitefriars last year (2 years ahead of Alan Richardson's son at Friars). Not sure why he didn't play, guessing an injury.

Probably is. Off current ladder order right now, this is my top 10 of who I think will be taken.

1. STK - McCartin
2. MELB - Petracca
3. GWS - Durdin
4. BRIS - Wright
5. WB - Laverde
6. CARL - Marchbank
7. RICH - Brayshaw
8. WCE - Pickett
9. ADEL - Lever
10. GCS - Weller
I take it the Dees are comfortable with just Hogan and Dawes...

I think the Lions will grab Hammelmann and Uebergang who are both forwards from the academy system. That might make another mid look better or even Goddard or Durdin who could play both ends. Brayshaw might look good to them.

In all seriousness if we get Petracca with our first would McKenzie be worth a punt with our third?
We all know I'm riding the train as long as I have to, but over the past four weeks he's kicked 10.4, 1.2 and 7.5 in the TAC cup and 16.4 for his school.

Impressive - 26.19 this season in the TAC Cup says accuracy could be worked on though - but as has been pointed out it's been against some ordinary opposition. Unfortunately the Knights are playing Bendigo this round, who are fairly ordinary, so the big test will be against Calder in the last round, who will be trying to cement a top 2 spot; he kicks a bag there and he could even go in the 2nd round.

At 196cm and 100kg he's built to play Round 1 2015.

While I'm at it... McKenzie's stats against NT last week:

- 21 touches (12 ks, 9 hbs) @ 71% eff.
- 12 marks (6 contested)
- 7 goals 5 behinds @ 58% eff.

I reckon Reece from the goal square, Cameron roaming further up the ground!

Don't do that to me... :P

Hmmm. Doesn't sound reAl bad. Stanley roaming around somewhere too. We would all of a sudden have some height about the place .

I love it.... Like a true full forward, all 12 kicks were shots at goal.... :thumbsu:

Rahul's boy Hugh Beasley gets a State Draft Combine invite...

Feel-good story is Norwood's premiership ruckman Sam Baulderstone; a 24yr old 200cm 113kg ruckman who dropped nearly 40kgs to play top level footy!!
