If you make enough predictions you have to get one right eventually. Clever thing that Nostradamus did, was the shuffling and juggling of all of his vaguely written predictions, thus allowing people to read whatever they want into them.

Like Nostradamus keep predictions frequent and vague and people will draw their own tenuous links, to make your predictions come true. All hail Nostradamus.

Did Nostradamus follow the Saints as a kid? How tall is he? I bet he can read the play better than anyone else.

If we pencil Bruce to plat fwd, then someone like O'Shea or Schoe would work for me... the latter for a cheap price.

Haven't caught up yet, but is Jaksch still about?

More than likely going to Carlton in a trade which involved their pick 7.

Im putting this out here but compared to other clubs i would say we are in better place.

Now isn't that a great thing to be able to say at the end of a season? And don't have the normal fears that our pre-season will blow up somehow. The emphasis on quality of the people we are recruiting, will hopefully enable us to keep them all.

I think the club has better sold our situation than in the past... lowered expectations and explained the way forward.

If i had to choose between Armo and Jack something which i hope we don't have to, I would keep Jack. When it comes down to it i enjoy watching him play more. I know Footy is a business and the goal is a premiership but i still like to fell excited and entertained as well while supporting. I couldn't make the hard decisions for us because i get to emotionally invested in our boys if they are a + stars or not once they pull on the r/w/b.

I'm not comfortable trading either Jack or Armo but it isn't up to us.

Just glad there are other teams who have issues for once and not us. Gold Coast, Brisbane, Footscray, Collingwood, Carlton, Adelaide hells even Melbourne have all something in the last 18 months or so...

Getting it right off the field and working on the culture will help retaining players as well as helping with membership and sponsorship both of which we sorely need to improve...

This Griffen situation seems to have screwed up every trade proposal in the last 400odd pages, Thankgod we have peltch, elsherg, trout and richo who are all levelled headed and won't panic and make a crap deal out of desperation.

I'll back in our team even with this BS from Griffen

I might have missed this, but can someone fill me in on how this Sydney bullshit effects us getting Membrey? We can still get him with a late pick or PSD, which I assume was always our intention? Would Swans change their demands knowing they can't lure players over now?

He's out of contract and can walk to the PSD, won't change anything at all.
