Although I'd like to believe that this is true, it sort of doesn't make sense that Swift stopped playing for the Eagles if he was a Freo mole. The booing would have been like music to his ears.
I like to think he considered himself an undercover agent, who felt he was slipping deeper and deeper into this spiteful and insidious character until the lines of his personal life and professional life started to blur. He felt he couldn't distinguish "Tom Swift the rational functioning human being" from "Tom Swift the Eagles player" anymore, and had to quit
It must have been all the spit on his bathroom mirror that was the last straw. Tom Swift = Tyler Durden
We need to get potential draftee who follow the dockers to tell club that they can't leave WA due to illness in the family and tell the eagles that their family doesn't want him to go a club with drug issues.
If only Hogan, O'Meara, Bennell and Jack Martin all did that.

Did you enjoy Knighmare's comments in the Phantom? Was pretty interesting. Sounds like an absolutely dominating type of player. I can't pretend to have any knowledge of these guys, but my only reservation about him is his similarity to Apeness. May be better to have someone with different strengths. Having said that, between Apeness and Taberner, most other KPFs are going to have similarities.
We've got form taking players who have been out of the system a while. Apeness - Rugby, Grey - cricket/soccer. He looks a beast inside 50 and the sticky hands outstretched are great.

How big a decision between going KPP or Mid do you see it being for us Chris given that there will be very good options for either available? I am assuming we will be going KPP with a choice between the likes of Goddard and Durdin.

I loved the look of Durdin in his vid too. mobile, big, taking balls at their highest point.
Will need 2-3 years to get some bulk on but looks a shape that can do that
