While I agree that beep test scores are overrated, they are not irrelevant
They can also be indicative of attitude, and 11.1 indicates he simply isn't willing to work hard, regardless of his fitness base
Call me old fashioned but I'd prefer a player who has already shown they can excel in the position.

What are you crapping on about you big twat? I wasn't having a go at your team at all!! Knob
Interesting article on Freo website inferring strongly that we will have only picks 13 and 34. As far as I know you must take three selections. If the rule hasn't chsnged it strongly suggests that we will delist Duffy or Simpson and redraft then to the main list.
Draft day will be a fizzer too with just the two selections.
We often get torn up by the smalls. Cyril, Grey, Wingard (there the ones I can think of off the top of my head). Whenever we look really vulnerable it's when the small forwards for the other team are firingI'd still love a small defender as far as addressing needs go - I know we rate him higher than this, but Spurr's "most goals conceded by any defender in the AFL" tag doesn't sit well with me. I get the feeling much of the issue is him being on the wrong type of opponent at times - Cyril, for example.
What are our other small defender draft options beyond Clem Smith? Seems like it'd take our first-rounder to get him, which is a reach for any small defender, let alone one with substantial endurance concerns. Chris25, have you seen much of Tela Miles or Harrison Wigg (#26 beckons with a name like that)?
Also, what of Caleb Daniel? The guy seems like an absolute gun with every highlight I see, but at 167cm he needs to be. Seems like it's anyone's guess when he'll be drafted... would we be keen on a crack if he's still available?
There aren't that many defenders that can keep a really good small forward shutdown for four whole quarters. We often get torn up by the smalls. I think you need to have 3 spots available, but you don't need to use them. Or maybe we're going to bump up a rookie?Interesting article on Freo website inferring strongly that we will have only picks 13 and 34. As far as I know you must take three selections. Time for Bondy and co to surprise us all and uncover a mature KPP rookie GEM from a local league....
(Insert options here)
If Simpson is right why would we put him on the rookie list? He can't play from there. Makes more sense to redraft him to the main list. Same with Duffy. If I was to move someone to the rookie list it would be Smith, only for the reason that he is currently further down the pecking order in his position and I don't think we will do that.Probably Simpson, then pick him up in the rookie draft.
I think we can give some opposition posters the benefit of the doubt in future. His initial comment was quite innocuous. If you come onto an opposition board you can expect some banter, but if you respond with abuse expect more of the same. Your join date indicates that a) this is a bogus account or b) you are very young and shouldn't be using such vocabulary.
And I took your description of Fremantle's team list as a snide reference to the age of our list, because your reasoning was nonsensical. As I suggested, Brisbane fans might be feeling pretty good about themselves at the moment because of their trade victories. It's just like Melbourne over the last few years, and Freo in the Schwabby days: Trade Week is the only thing that can be won.
Eat a bag of Dicks.

I fully expect a redraft of our delisted player as our third draft selection.
Just watched Garletts video on your recommendation. I'm not completely sold. He seems to be have a bit D Pearce about him in that he oozes natural talent and can do the freakish but maybe misses simple targets. Of course that's just from 4 minutes on YouTube, so there's a small chance I don't know what I'm talking about.Just been reading a few profiles and watching a few vids. Petracca looks over-rate judging by my in depth 5 minutes of watching youtube vids![]()
I love the look of Garlett. Beautifully balanced and dual sided but I don't think he fits with what we need currently.
Might help if those rules applied to all, not just a few.I feel reasonably confident this is what we will do. Josh delisted and rookie listed.
It serves a few purposes;
a; It drives home to Josh the seriousness of his actions in missing the flight
b; It reinforces the message that your effort and attitude need to be sustained.
c; This imposes on Josh actions are required not mere words.
d; It is prudent player management as he is still a degree of risk.
e; It serves the club's obligation of taking three players in the draft without losing a required player.
No I think thats the major criticism of him in the daft write-ups that he burns too many kicks by not looking or by kicking at a target rather than out in from of his targets and leading them to the ball. Very much like Pearce at times as you say.Just watched Garletts video on your recommendation. I'm not completely sold. It's like players that rack up touches, that can't be taught either. There's a really small SA kid who just gets bucket loads of the ball. 'Experts' have said he's too small and doesn't fit the 'modern footballer'. To me he'd be a steal. Back on Garlett, I'd like to see his highlights from a game of importance like a GF or something. If he can deliver under pressure that's a good sign. If he sprays it like a tomcat I doubt he can change. No I think thats the major criticism of him in the daft write-ups that he burns too many kicks by not looking or by kicking at a target rather than out in from of his targets and leading them to the ball. I'm not sure you can teach that stuff either. Hill and Walters are just masterful at kicking to where a player needs to be to receive in the clear and they just seem to have the sort of brain that is wired that way. They see it unfolding as they weigh it up.
