I'd like to see Gold Coast make the top 8 for their first finals series, but they've got a tough draw to finish: Essendon and West Coast.

Nah even though SCG is small ANZ would be better because it's pretty narrow.

4-5mts narrower than subi.SCG is nearly wide as it is long.

We've been pretty good at the SCG of late. I'd rather play there than that 'even more pretend footy ground than the SCG' ground.

Hey Sting...I think the reverse mate. The close confines of the SCG would suit us.

Strange extremes given the last 2 weeks.

Potential anguish in my post still over last week's debacle. None the less Geelong don't belong in the Top 2 and Hawks will destroy them (if they care about showing up for this game).

Is there any way we could play Sydney in the 1st week, beat them and somehow end up playing them again in the GF? Perhaps we could pull off a 2005 on them this time.

EDIT: Actually no as this would involve us playing 4 games in September.
