So you want to make our chances of making the finals a hell of a lot harder then everyone elses just so we get higher crowds?

We should be beating the pies and Carlton regularly in coming years particularly as they start to fall further back. Same with bombers and Hawks should be falling back in coming years, we have the wood on the anyway atm!

Collingwoods list is better then ours.

We are not Carlton's bunnies, it is just may seem that way. We should be convincely beating Carlton if not 2014 definitely 2015.

I didn't write that I wanted to play Freo/Wc interstate. He did.

I think your overrating our list. Collingwoods list is better. They just had a bad year.

Not so sure about that. When I talk about list I am talking 2014 and into the future

Swans form could drop off next year and certainly later, Cotch should step up next year, Lids has to play better next year despite his age, V should start to emerge as a star, McIntosh, McBean etc... Conca should improve again as well as others, Knights back in, Petterd another pre-season, TV should develop further!!

Grundy will improve from their youth but who else?? They have not got a lot of depth, their backline is iffy and they rely on a few now like most teams

I commend your optimism, but am puzzled by some of the points you've raised.
How is another pre-season for Petterd going to help when he's already had 6 or 7?
Fitness is not his issue, it's his shit kicking, and his bad tattoo.

Oh, and Grundy is 27.....

Grundy at the Pies is not 27 and Petterd has had only 1 year away from MFC

We haven't played GWS or GC twice in a season since they've joined the comp so surely next year will be the the year? All other teams I think have played at least one of them twice in a single season IIRC.

We haven't played either team in Melbourne...ever!
