What are you crapping on about? I didn't say anything about Griffen or Murphy winning the Brownlow. o_O

There is no reason for your Carlton remark though, since we were good enough to make it to the second week of the finals in an otherwise crap year. Next thing you'll be telling me is that the Dees will finish above Carlton this year and that Tyson will average 90+. :rainbow::rolleyes:
But the Dees will finish above Carlton. Blah blah Malthouse blah blah Collingwood 2.0

Carlton won't finish top 4, and the reason you made it to week 2 is because you played Richmond whose game style is essentially LOOK AT ME I CAN RUN WHAT IS DEFEND?? You're in the 7-12 sort of range. It wouldn't surprise me if you made finals, likewise it wouldn't surprise me if you didn't.

You forgot to use the sarcasm font. :rainbow:

For the first sentence I did :D

The rest is true though. I see Hawks, Freo, Cats, Swans, Tigers (because of their piss easy draw), North all making finals. Which means it's a toss up between Port/Blues/Bombers*/Crows/Weagles and maybe Suns/Dogs for those last two spots.

LOL Norf
Can't wait for 90% of BF to eat their words who think they will be a top 4 team this year just because they lost a few close games last year. They need a completely new game plan (and new coach) if they are any chance of climbing the ladder.

Cats to slide and Richmond to not live up to expectations and remain our bitches.

I'll give you Hawks, Freo and Swans though.

Don't think Cats will slide that much, probably to about 4th, and the ONLY reason Richmond will get in is due to their stupidly easy draw. And by get in, I mean 7th or 8th spot. North will get to about 6th.

1st Swans
2nd Hawks
3rd Freo
4th Cats
5th Pies
6th North
7th Tigers
8th Crows

9th Blues
10th Bombers
11th Port
12th Suns
13th Dogs
14th Lions
15th Eagles
16th Melbourne
17th GWS
18th Saints (Sorry krk004 )

No pies???

It's just what I think is going to eventuate come the end of the year. I'd like to see your ladder, as you apparently know exactly what's going to happen?

No way WCE will finish higher than WCE!

I've got it on good authority they will  I forgot Port, I don't think they'll make the finals this year. And I think Pies might surprise a couple, but what do I know? :drunk:

Did they get a coach over the off season?

Coaches only do so much. Their list is still damn good, assuming Grundy/Hudson/Witts can hold up the ruck division. KPD's are great, if White can hold his own then Cloke will do his usual damage. And their midfield is still up amongst the best.

Clearly NFI, Eagles finishing both 13th & 15th, WTF

A good coach makes a heap of difference. Otherwise spuds like Neeld would still have a job and teams wouldn't throw millions at the best ones.

Pies still have a few match winners no doubt, but overall their list is quite average. Something that was made obvious by Port in the finals. White is a bigger spud than Qstick and that ruck division isn't going to get them very far this year.

It doesn't make that much difference. Melbourne needed a coach that was also a good developer, someone like Brendan McCartney would've worked wonders for them. Neeld didn't. And I honestly don't think Buckley is that bad of a coach, he's not the best, but he's not that bad.

I would still rate their list in the top half of the competition on proven performances, and not potential. White, while still a spud, is about on the same level as Dawes, and that Dawes was their 2nd forward in their premiership year. Like I said, their ruck division is a massive question mark, and the only way you can get away with a bad ruck division is if you're as good as Geelong last year, but they're not.

Loving how confident everyone is about their predictions, you can just about guarantee that at least a part of them will be wrong.

Someone will be right?
It's like picking the field in the Melbourne cup! And yet here I am changing my team every night thinking it'll make a difference

I think we'll surprise, having a lot of reasons to suck in 2013 and getting a gift of a draw this year, but I'm also biased and a new coach can stir things up. Be very surprised if we finish below Dogs/Lions/Suns in any case.

When it comes to that part of the ladder, anything can happen. There are so many variables. I mean look at the Dogs last 7 or so games for example, out of context from the rest of the year, and you'd say "lock for the top 8." But if you watched their first 8 games, you'd say we'd be in the running for the spoon. It's hard to pick, and you can certainly make a case for West Coast to be in the 8. When you start saying they're top 4 though, that's when it gets a little out of hand :D

Wait...Watts a Mid?

Will score as much as Murphy if he's in there full time. Tougher than Murphy and wont cry when someone steps within 10 feet of him. See him below getting tagged by the 5'0 Blonde, the next frame is him quickly hand balling the iced bun to the opposition in fear of being tackled by her. Oh but last year was injuries, that's right  Played 21 games though, how strange ...he must have been REALLY injured on that week off
