Its another fantasy type game called SFA

The matches are decided by a text simulator called Qooty. The matches play out entirely randomly. The simulator produces a text transcript of commentary, provides statistics, and maintains a season. This is not a dreamteam-style competition. Real performances in the AFL are irrelevant. Results here are determined entirely by the random number generating functions of a compute

Interesting, I've been trying to make something similar (without an of the fantasy stuff) as a programming project. Might have a snoop.

Yeah I got one. Looks like fun but I'm not going to join at this stage, not willing to risk the wrath of Mrs SC fish if I start playing another on-line game!

In a knock-out comp for tipping:
Rules are pretty simple:

Must nominate one winner each week
Cannot tip the same to win twice in a row
Cannot tip the same team to lose twice in a row
Cannot tip against GWS more than twice in the year
oh yeah
All tips for the year to be in before round 1
once you tip someone and they lose you are out

well by some miracle I'm still alive
need Cats to beat the lions this week to be in the winners circle
$10 entry
1st prize divyed up of $4,000 - no idea how many are still alive

think there was about 800 enter and after rd 15 less than 40 were left or something

fingers crossed

Just looked at the AFL live ladder at http://www.liveladders.com/AFL/ and the descriptions of what some of the teams are doing next week are hilarious:

Collingwood = intensive care unit
Gold Coast = Polishing Gazza's scalp
Carlton = Remedial media training
Western Bulldogs = Punishing preseason
Brisbane = Leppas place

Wonder what they'll say about West Coast, Adelaide and Richmond if they don't make the 8...

Does/has used SC talk in real life? Played one of my first cricket games last year took 4 for inc 2 wickets in my first or second over.Anywoo we were walking off after the innings rocker we're giving you the X ff icon pity 2 weeks later i would had the spud icon.

I'm a happy Stefan Martin owner in SC,

But, WTF is happening that he only gets a game at the Lions because of injuries to Leuy & West.

Can somebody enlighten me.....

His stocks for 2015 have risen exponentially IMO.

he had only been back 1 week in the reserves before his senior start for 2014
