So I'm curious how posters here evaluate him now that he's had a bit more exposure at senior level. (Most of the chatter has been about JOR.) Do you think he's a list clogger? Does he need more seniors time? Should his contract be renewed? Are we pumping up his tyres as trade bait?
Jarman Impey was on SEN yesterday arvo and he certainly pumped up Teia's tyres to the point where he suggested the kid was a future captain.

There's nothing wrong with his height standing at 180 cm but only weighing 73kgs is going to be his biggest challenge.

Fortunately for Teia he isn't even 22 years old yet, so still has time to fill out. If he can add on that extra 7kgs in muscle he will be a force in our backline replacing Doc.

He averaged 10.5 disposals in the 4 games he played last year and this year has increased that number to 18 disposals in the 4 matches he has played. Pretty good improvement by the lad.

He and Hardwick will be a future small defenders and they both have great decision making abilities and disposal efficiency. We are in good shape.

Yep creative user of the ball which is exactly what we were crying out for down back. Glad he has been given the opportunity to string a few games together and show us what he’s got. Hopefully he has a big one on Saturday because it’s the young guys like him that need to play well to get us over the line.

He has shown glimpses of creativity and class with the ball over the past few weeks - including when under a lot of pressure. And, considering his size, he seems to go pretty hard. I like him.

According to Jars, Teia is a big talker on the track, which is sorta surprising given he's still a greenie.

Still remember Glass directing the troops like Hodge in his first game - some players take to it naturally.

Depends on where they direct them of course.

The first time you saw this kid at Box Hill you knew he could play

If you watch him closely at afl level he's also courageous for his size and has a lot of mongrel, would love it if the club tried to fill him out but I just can't remember the last time we did that with a player

And if the players understood where the hell Glass wanted them to go.
There was the great third quarter confusion when he said "Stand dere in the second, but move dere in the turd."
