Seems there's been a law on the books about this for 100 years. It's just never been enforced. There's also a law requiring ducks to wear long pants.

Within the anti-doping code the AFL can suspend them with "no or some" payments. (pretty wishy washy). They'd certainly have to do a work around in the salary cap to allow the suspended players be paid as well as the replacements.

I enjoyed Hughes, Im glad he took the piss out of the players. Was this today?

If so Im happy for them, given the week they had.

Could be wrong, but I think it happened on Monday (the day before)
