Geelong were average. In what world were they anything more than that? Their only gameplan seemed to involve bombing long to Hawkins with 3 on him. What is your obsession with my posts btw?

I think they'll just get over North next week, but Sydney will blow them off the park by 10 goals plus in the prelim.
Don't take it personally, I just am inclined to respond to crappy posts especially by those that are so strong in their opinions

Wowee

Freo wouldn't be enjoying this
Port were fantastic but Richmond were beyond insipid. There is no way Port will get to run that freely with no pressure against Freo and they just beat them last week. Should be a cracking contest with Freo to get up in a tight one (hopefully).

Don't be silly.

There's a straight sets exit on the cards here. We may not want to believe it.
As I said earlier, that is said every year but hardly ever happens. A depleted West Coast and Port in their first finals have been the only teams so far to do it with one being in extra time.

Of course there is, like there has been every year since 1998, only for 2 teams in that time to actually achieve it. It's always the easiest money for smart betters to make in backing the qualifying finals losers, their odds will always be juicy.

You do realise how ridiculously good Fyfe is, and what a difference that makes compared to round 23? McPharlin back in as well will be huge.

White also out for Port.

Just like Freo were dead set certain to knock us out in the semis in 2012. This happens every year. The loser of one of the qualifying finals goes against the winner of the elimination, and everyone always jumps on the winner of the elimination final like the qualifying winner is suddenly a bottom dweller. Straight sets rarely happens. Is it twice since this finals system? WCE and someone else?

Freo are top 4 for a reason and will smash Port.

I expect money to come in for both the Power and North, they are clearly not at top 4 level.

Both Port and North have 6 day breaks too.

We were very lucky because of this guy.....

Is that Alf Stewart?

I'm surprised at the number of posters and Crows' supporters in general who have said that they are glad we didn't make it to 8th spot because we would have been beaten by the PAPS. That is simply the wrong attitude - if the players think the same way then no wonder we don't win games.
As far as i'm concerned, when you play competitive sport then you should never be afraid of losing..... fear of losing means that you're way behind the 8ball before you start.
In any case, I also think that our best 22 is actually better than their's......
