It's going to be soaking, so I don't think it'll hurt them too much.

Sydney won't drop Tippett or Franklin, so the additional ground level ability of Freo on a sloppy small ground will be an advantage to them IMO. I'm tipping Freo to win
Yeah I think the wet weather will favour Freo too, Ballantyne and Walters will be more slippery than usual and it will be easier for Dawson and Silvagni to scragg Tippet and buddy.

So EMac is competing with Talia, Hooker, Lonergan, Taylor and Rance - I'd expect 3 to get through.

Can't say I've seen enough of all of them to make an informed decision on who but I find it hard to believe that there could have been much more Emac could have done other than float don the ground to kick some goals.

The way they have been talking Rance this week makes me think he gets it over Emac...

The selectors tend to have a lot of love for Geelong and a good 'story' so I expect the three least deserving in Taylor, Lonegan and Rance to make the side.

Between Hooker and Defendzie. Eric should get it for being good for longer than Hooker.

He's in the AA squad, what's your thoughts on him now Dusky ? Still want to delist him?

Bennell's chances presumably ruined by his mysterious dropping earlier in the year. It's the only possible explanation for his absence. I'll let you off the hook this time, AA panel.
