Well amigo that sounds like the lovely athletes need better coaching at catching and less time picking up ground balls for the coach .

They certainly need to be better at sporting their sport...

I understand it was close to their 26 worst players, but I'd be pretty dissapointed if our second team put in a performance like that.

I thought they should all have done better but, some of those plays would of been hoping for a good game to push for selection, poor decision to put that team out there.

Maybe their next match , will be better as they get used to performing in front of crowds because as I understand it the girls have had no junior training or development but were in a open invitation to try out for the team.

The season is over mate. They wont get another chance til next season (whenever that is). Still, you'd expect them to be able to throw and catch properly after months of training and a season of games.

As bad as Brisbane were, the Hawks were fantastic. They had immense tackling pressure without the ball, then lowered their eyes and used smart kicking to advantage when they had it.

Would be very happy if our gameplan is modeled on this very entertaining & effective style.

Carlton seem to have a lot of players on the improve. Bell and Everitt have looked great, Buckley and Menzel have been involved, Watson reasonable in the back line and Cripps competitive in the midfield. Wonder if they will continue it into the season proper.
