Review 2014- Three things I learned

1. The players look happy, seem to have very good relationship with leppitsch

2. We'll be set in the back line in 3-4 years. Very strong with some running dash

3. Full Faith in where the club is going now, Having Swann makes me feel quite happy

1. We have A grade talent already (Brisbane quadrella)
2. Our small forwards and tall back men are afl level players who have heaps more potential but our tall forwards and small backs are still lacking a real a grade player (maybe freeman and mcstay, just need to see more)

You're just pissed off because I thought of it first.

1. The go home 4 (I refuse to count Karnezis as a go homer as he was already going to be on the trade table) have not hurt us anywhere near as much as people thouhgt. This is what the trades effectively end up as:
Yeo - Taylor. Massive win for us.
Docherty - Cutler. Too early to call either way. Docherty has got 15 games for Carlton but he's hardly set the world on fire
Polec - Gardiner. Big loss, always was going to be, but Gardiner looks alright.
Longer - McStay. Win. Some might disagree, but given the rebirth of Martin, the pick up of West and what we've seen on McStay we won on this trade.
2. We finally made a good decision off field with Swann as CEO. We haven't had a decent CEO for a decade and that is what has caused a number of our current problems in particular financial one.

3. The new coaching team have us on the right path and have also settled down the disgruntlement that existed inside the group under Voss.
