Never been able to find the ball. Physically he has it all. Skill wise he has it all. He just can't get enough of it on a regular basis. If it clicks for him he could be anything. Absolutely anything. I'm disappointed that we are looking to move him on tbh.
"Liam Pickering told Trade Radio that Boyd would play for the GIANTS in 2015 if he was not traded."
Of course he will you heap of s***. If GWS gets any solace out of that statement then their naivety is truly breathtaking. He is on a two year contract. His only other alternative is to stand out of football for a year and no player at his age is going to stand out for a year.
What a meaningless thing to say. GWS should be thinking only of how they can convince him that he is much better placed staying with them and do something to combat the alleged reason of homesickness.
And if they can't do that then they should milk the bulldogs for everything they possibly can and let him go. Not that I have anything against the bulldogs; rather this is yet another case of pickering and his disgraceful tactics.

Yes we need outside players but if the guy you are relying on gets 10 touches in the vfl and that translates into 6 touches in the afl does it provide you with the required link up anyway?

Sad to see Harper go but if it works out, we're getting an elite footballer with some injury issues who could be a difference maker.
Players have gone well ahead of Harps and his injuries and inability to find the footy could require a change for his mental well being.
Does this mean we keep Nahas?
How friggin moronic would it be to give them Harps and 36 for Cooney and 40 what ever! It makes no sense, also means the Levi trade is now set in stone as at the best 25 and no upgrade of 36 to 30. A player + 36 for a guy who may last 2 years, way to go Captain Mainwaring, glad you could recruit Godfrey into the platoon, hope he enjoys playing with Jonesy and co!
