There is talk that Melbourne are looking at Howe and there pick 6 for GCS pick 3.
So it looks like GCS think the player they want will still be there @ pick 6.

Seems bizarre, and i suspect that the development within these academies is so strong that it gives them an unfair advantage against the TAC kids. Although i rrckon that this advantage will be negated once all the kids are inside an AFL system.

I love the academies - they do great work to develop kids. They should just not be used to prop up Norther teams. More academies, but put them into the open draft.
I know he's been injured but is there any footage out there of Weideman? Don't think I've seen any since the NB highlights of our game against the academy kids, where he gave Watson a bath.
