Not sure we'll have the list space to take anyone in the PSD unless we deviate from the 38/6 list split we've used over the past few years.

Gold Coast offered there 1st rounder for our pick 11 and Everitt we knocked it back
That's a really interesting one. To have had 1, 6, 8 & 19 would have been bloody great, but I still can't help but feel you need some experienced guys like Everitt around to assist this rebuild, and take the pressure off these young guys who the masses will invariably expect so much of.

With this in mind, I'm ok with this decision.

Weiderman surely will be gone by 8 and Curnow likely will also but if he's not you take him at 8 for sure.

But the likelihood is these guys will be snapped up by 8 and so we might need to take Collins at 11 or hope he's there at 19, if not as ODN said take one of the Mckay brothers at 19.

If Curnow and Weiderman are gone by 8 I'd probably take Collins at 11 and just be in the space that we've got our key defensive stocks sorted long term, and in 2016 onwards worry about key forward.

They're the top five talls

So we need three clubs before our pick 8 to take Mids instead of one of these talls, which is possible because clubs these days like the comfort of Mids early. But, is this simply a draft where the best handful are talls not smalls??

Hard to see us taking Collins at 11 given we have effectively taken Jaksch at #7 last year & Weitering at #1 this year. I reckon it will be forward & mids with picks 8 & 11. If Collins still around at 19 then yes for sure but Hawthorn or North will swoop at 17/18 i've got no doubt .

Collins at 11 and Mckay at 19 would be excellent.

Of the talls, Francis could be the one that potentially slides to 8.

Here's how I see the Top 10 falling:

Carlton - Weitering
Brisbane - Schache
Melbourne - Parish
Essendon - Curnow
Essendon - Mathieson
Gold Coast - Francis
Melbourne - Weideman
Carlton - Burton
Adelaide - Milera
GWS - Hopper

If Melbourne takes Parish, expect Essendon* to take Weiderman and Curnow.

The only way that Curnow might slide is if Essendon decides that it wants to take Francis instead of Curnow. But then I don't expect Curnow to get past either GC17 or Melbourne's second pick.

However, if Curnow gets through to pick 8, I fully expect the club to grab him.

Close... Essendon have stated that they want another KPF to go with Daniher... they might take Weiderman with 4 and Curnow with 5... unless they desire another inside mid, in which case, I expect them to take Mathieson.
