Two proven players who have shown an ability to be best 22, with Keeffe at times being our best KPD and sent to take Browns man when he was getting beaten, and Thomas on a number of occasions racking up 30+ disposals and kicking multiple goals at AFL level...

Nah you're right, let's roll the dice on a random rookie in one of the weakest drafts in a long time.

My thoughts on Thomas & Keefe I have conveyed in their thread many times.

What I will be doing is bookmarking this years rookie draft.

For me if any Club picks a future 200 game player then for me it will be a big fail by our Club.

It is just my opinion just like you are entitled to yours Kilmo.

Losing 5cm though? It doesn't look like he's anywhere near Wills' height and he's only meant to be 1cm shorter

The AFL website has Wills 191cm, Sier 190, Crocker and Phillips 185. Even if Sier is bending a bit Wills looks to be a fair bit taller than the other three, and it's hard to imagine Sier could be just 1cm shorter than Wills.

What did you expect? There was nothing to pick. Can you tell me which other club grabbed a bunch of gun recruits in the rookie draft?
As I said before Keeffe & Thomas are still the best players in the rookie draft. By far.

Moores a KPD. We've already got enough of those.

Neither did anyone else. They were overlooked in the main draft too don't forget & Moore has already been delisted at one club.

Also, the chances of a rookied KPP making it are very slim.
Most successful rookies are Ruckman, midfielders or medium defenders.
J.Pod is the only KPP forward who made it from the rookie list...& that was a long journey.
Can't think of any others.

Pretty sure that Levi Casboult was a rookie too.
