I'd think we'd take an extra pick now with Scharenberg injured. He would go on to the LTI straight away for a rookie.

I'd prefer the extra on the senior list than the rookie.

Does anybody know what actual pick we will end up with as we do have 27 it is known we might well move a few picks lower? Think there is a good chance we can hopefully get a steal Mathieson is rumoured to be from about 15-30 after sliding down, Daniel Rioli could be a slight chance only was a late bolter could be some others also

Quayle is generally more on the money than Anderson but with our picks so low it really is a crapshoot with so many variables.

Haven't really been interested in the draft this year given our crappy picks but I'm starting to look forward to it with only a day to go - pick 30ish could deliver a nice surprise and with so much variation in peoples opinions on what will happen after pick 15. Whoever we get wiPll be luckier than the 30 guys who go before him cause he's coming to the greatest club of all and Premiers 2017 to 2021.

Ive nominated this year also, 177cm 75kg, shocking kick on both feet, bad knees, no kicking penetration, no inside or outside game, bad hair do, but i can manscape my stubble into a hipster goatie, in saying that, carlton will draft me with pick 1.

Anyone know whats Dan Rioli's deal? Heard he was a late smokey to run up the draft board a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard anything since. Mock drafts seems to have him later than our first.

If available at our pick i'd love for us to take him.

Fox Sorts have him at 29, got my hopes up.

Based on what ive read/seen somewhere in the 15-20 range sounds probably closer where you'd expect him to be so that doesn't surprise me.

The AFL site has a blog from 6pm and internet, radio + tv broadcasts starting at 6.30pm.

Sillier things have happened, but 1 hour is a lot of filler for tv, so at a guess I reckon it would kick off at 6.45 or 7.

Is he a rookie or even draft chance from us or any other team? I remember he was invited to the combine but haven't really heard how that went. Cheers
