EDIT: gonna get crucified for having crows at 3rd. Oh well..

15) Blues - really tough year coming up for Carlton. Little midfield depth and weak KPP they are going to struggle.

Kruezer, Warnock, Wood, Judd, Murphy, Gibbs, Thomas, Simpson, Everitt, Walker, Curnow, Bell, Curnow, Yarren, Graham, Cripps, Whiley, Boekhorst, Holman and Menzel have all played in the midfield

Ok maybe you have depth - it is just that it is really poor.

That is not genuine depth. not all of them have played a few games.

Thomas plays half forward doesn't he?

have all played in the midfield

They have played in midfield so does that mean I could have Spangher, Roughead, Bruest, Birchall, Gunston and Suckling in Hawthorns midfield depth. If not why man, according to you they're allowed.

At least he listed midfielders, not KPP's >.>

The fact they can play minutes in the midfield doesn't make them any good.

If you want to go by that, everyone has good midfield depth. We aren't talking about the numbers, we are talking about the quality.

Kruezer - Injury prone
Warnock - Average at best
Wood - Wins games for Fremantle
Judd - Past his use by date
Murphy - Soft captain
Gibbs - Good player
Thomas - Got him as the final piece in the puzzle. How's he going?
Simpson - Good player
Everitt - Hack
Bell - He can bumb. What else can he do?
Curnow - No good
Graham - Looks half decent but barely played
Cripps - What's he shown so far?
Whiley - A long haired yahoo
Boekhorst - Picked far to early. You are trying to do the same thing with Thomas. Get the final piece, but the puzzle needs to be started over again
Holman - Played 1 game

I think Hawthorn v Port grand final. Judgement reserved on 2015 premiers but believe 3-8 will bow out in the respective week the finishing position signifies (i.e. 3rd in prelim week, 8th in first week). I think there are four brackets of teams. Hawthorn & Port first, Sydney second, then third all teams 4th to 13th, then the bottom 5.

1. It's Adelaide.
2. What in the blue hell makes you think Carlton will finish 5th??? You could maybe, at a stretch, suggest them for the finals. But 5th, knocking on the top 4? Not a chance in hell.

Thought it was spelled wrong, I just copied and pasted from someone elses ladder tbh

I just believe that Carlton have the talent to get them there. 5th is maybe a stretch as like you said it is knocking on the top four and I don't think Carlton are capable of winning a flag anytime soon however they do have a good talent pool.

We will just have to wait and see, conversely how do you see 2015?

1. Hawthorn(the hawks list is a strong list and with the inclusions of James Frawley and Jono O'Rourke, I can't see them going down)
2. Port Adelaide(the inclusion of Paddy Ryder will make them a premiership threat)
3. Sydney(Despite the swans having a star forward line made of Lance Franklin, Kurt Tippett, Sam Reid, and Adam Goodes, I don't think Adam Goodes will perform as good due to age)
4. North Melbourne(the roos will improve if Jarrad Waite and Shaun Higgins don't have injury interrupted seasons)
5. Geelong(they have had their time at the top of the ladder)
6. Fremantle(they are going to struggle due to the age of their list)
7. Adelaide(new coach Phil Walsh is set to improve the crows)
8. Gold Coast Suns(Rodney Eade will shoot them to the top)
9. West Coast Eagles(good defence, good forward, average midfield will make them struggle)
10. Richmond(not much improvement in their list over pre-season=no finals)
11. Essendon(James Hird will struggle to coach nlw he has a bad reputation)
12. Collingwood(despite the inclusion of Levi Greenwood, Travis Varcoe and Darcy Moore, that is only the start of their list rebuild after Dayne Beams and Heritier Lumumba left the pies last trade period)
13. Brisbane(the inclusions of Dayne Beams, Allen Christensen, and Mitch Robinson will help the lions)
14. GWS Giants(the inclusions of Ryan Griffen and Joel Patfull means they will start their path to the finals)
15.Melbourne(the inclusions of Heritier Lumumba, Sam Frost, Ben Newton, and Jeff Garlett and Ben Newton saying the dees are the next port are good signs)
16. Carlton(the losses of Jarrad Waite and Mitch Robinson will hurt)
17. Western Bulldogs(the losses of Ryan Griffen, Adam Cooney, and Shaun Higgins will hurt)
18. St Kilda(slowly improving)
