Great effort mate. Personally see us taking 3 mids and francis (who could be a fourth mid). I think we will take a tall with 1 of our first 2 picks. I don't consider francis a tall hes the 3rd defender/rebounder/possible mid. If we didn't take a tall with one of our first 2 picks i definitely see us taking one with our next 2 picks.

Also personally I think Mathieson at pick 8 is a bit of a stretch. Dont see him going in first 12 picks.

But overall great job. I have said if we dont get Parish i hope we get Parington so good work there.

Great work. Solid Phantom. Being a north man myself, I would think we will take Ryan Clarke over Tom Cole with our second round pick assuming he's available as you've suggested. Like Dan Rioli at our first pick, just what we need class and speed

rhys mathieson might be too high, doubt essendon will pick him with their second pick

Good effort....You clearly know the better players.

Doubt the Hawks will be taking 3 outside wings/half-backs!....We already have plenty on our list & at Box Hill....Inside mids will be our priority/focus.

2 of Balic/Dunkley/Gresham/Partington/Clarke.....Our 3rd pick will be best available.

Cheers mate. The only reason as to why I had Hawks pick up 3 outside mids/half backs is because of the loss of Suckling as well as an ageing midfield.

I have him sitting around that pick 8-14 area, he is a genuine talent. Could be a perfect replacement for someone like Jobe Watson who's had injury issues the last couple of seasons. But who knows how this drafts gonna go.

Good work

Think the hawks take rioli at 44 if still available no doubt

Like everyone you have Mills going at 3.

While i recognise he is highly rated, the guy has played 1.5 games this season, and missed the combine. Melbourne look like they traded up to get pick three to target a specific player before Essendon can get him. Do you think they will bid on Mills at three or is this just the common view?

Looking at how many players have moved up and down rankings over the past year, yet Mills has not played and somehow has held his ranking. It seems a very high ranking for a guy whose last good game was 14-16 months ago.

Millera will not be Adelaide's first pick. They need talk forwards and ruckmen, such as McKay and Burton

Pick 23 now belongs to West Coast not Sydney.
You're failing to take father-son bidding into account.

Good effort. Don't like it from an Essendon perspective, absolutely vital that we get KPP's into the club.

do you think essendon will put a bid on hopper? think he will be a star

In an open draft, I can't see any way a club would risk Mills at pick 3 given he's barely played in the last year and no-one has much idea of his development curve. But the Swans have kinda shown their hand by trading down to accumulate points at the expense of a first round pick, which signals that they will match whoever bids on him. So it doesn't make sense for clubs not to bid on him. A similar story applies to the other academy kids, though GWS and Brisbane have more options so might pass on one bid if it is too high (which disincentives clubs to bid too high on any of their players).

Good read BrentFalks90. A lot of the popular names in there and I love the Daniel Rioli to North Melbourne pick. You've obviously spotted something you like in him and he brings that run and outside class that North, like West Coast are looking for.

From a West Coast perspective I reckon you've hit it spot on with our two picks. We're looking to add more outside speed and class in the draft, especially early, and that's what Fiorini and Cunningham bring to the table. My ideal first pick would be Ryan Clarke is his available but I'd well and truly settle for Fiorini as well.

Might just be my gut feel and without any knowledge but I can see us drafting Dylan Smith and developing him as a project KPP looking especially at a tall forward post Josh Kennedy as well but that could easily happen outside the top 50 as well

I think Sydney will match any bid for Mills because of the way they traded. Melbourne is seen as the first club To bid on him but if they don't Essendon will
