I think Sportsbet have a limit on the overall that can be spent on those inflated markets before they close
For example, once say $1000 total is put down on Hannebery at $20 the market closes. Explains why some last longer than others

Well that's all part of it, maybe they get very few people want it compared to the top 5 or so in the market and they take it down because they now have the info he's not that close and they are happy to let you on for whatever you want at the 50.

Anyone considering that the game Danger missed against the Cats could cost him the medal? At the time I said it could ...but won't be a PR disaster because FYFO is too far ahead ...but boy oh boy wowee Darce I'm im the geez this could get embarrassing more so than FYFO winning last year. Having said that letting FYFO off was a disgrace this year. I guess Mitchell was as well, there will be a big asterix against the winner if he beats Danger by 1-3 votes. Surprised there hasn't been made more of it after his big last 8-9 weeks. Thoughts? Civil action for those Danger punters?!

Fyfe wont win, cant wait to see him miss some of those certain 3's in the first half of the season. Whenever a player dominates early and had apparent clear BOGs like Selwood in the first 4 rounds last year alot predicted him on 9-11 from memory.
Gaff i dont think will poll overly well either
I liked Hodgey a bit last year however he didnt do that well. Hes had a great year expect him to poll overs than whats expected.

However, it looks like my regular forum has become a ghost town.
1st: Fyfe (28)
2nd: Hanners (24)
Equal 3rd: Priddis, Kennedy, Goldy (23)
6th: Mitchell (22)
7th: Mundy (20)
8th: Danger (18)
Sidenote: I have not factored in umpire bias in the raw count. So expect Danger, Priddis, Mitchell to poll higher and Goldy to poll lower.
Edit: I had a shocking year last year by not tipping Priddis but have been generally pretty good for the 5 years or so prior.
Second Edit: Happy to compare round by rounds and team leaders as well.
