3/4 of the blokes disposal were Ineffective IMHO

Remember that game last year that Stevie J kicked it to the OPP about 20 times and when he wasn't doing that it was out on the full? Yeah 3 Votes. You could argue Swan was ineffective when he won his Brownlow too.
