i have him winning the bulldogs votes comfortably, found the $13 amazing odds and hit it hard.

I backed him at 12's on bet365 last night and I just looked again and he's into 3.75's today.... Can still get him at $9 on a couple of sites, thinking of having a bit more on him at those odds.

Yeah but a $100 bet probably took him into that price. B365 are hardly what you would call brave...

i've just gone over Gaff's season and it is a season better than most previous medalist, 30+ disposals in 13 games, 11 of them being wins. Multiple goals twice with 30+ disposals in wins, I think if fyfe doesn't poll as many as expected early and ends up with a few 2's rather than 3's, gaff will take charlie home

if it was me, id go hannebery. has proven in that past that umpires notice him, and while mitchell has had a great season, there may be less to take votes from hanners (kennedy, sure, but less buddy for example, although tom mitchell finishes well)

I wish books would allow you to lay. I.e. If BET365 is prepared to offer $3.75 on Macrae polling most votes for Bulldogs, I reckon they should be willing to offer a price of him not polling most votes. Even if it's $1.20. In summary, they won't do it, so they're stupid to price Macrae at that price.

He's definitely an outside chance. I backed him at 13s and would considering laying him at 10s on Betfair. I would think Wallis, Bonti, Dahlhaus, Boyd, Macrae, Hunter and Picken are all legit chances of polling upwards of seven votes. Brownlow Genius has Macrae polling in seven games but in five of those games they have given him only a single vote. 12 or 13 votes could be enough to take out most votes for Bulldogs.

i have beams winning on 12, rockliff 7. difficult to see beams getting rolled there. the intangible is how umps deal with a couple of those late season games where rocky got 39+

ive got treloar winning gws fairly well, don't forget shiel missed a late chunk through injury

Only reason i like shiel is his first half was really good and they were winning then too.

I don't expect Gaff to outpoll Priddis. Swan is really the only outside mid type that has done well in the Brownlow in previous years

I was buying dinner earlier and I heard a guy mention he got odds of $10 on a WA trifecta. I didn't want to interrupt him and ask how he got on because he was engaged in conversation. Has anyone heard about that? Is that a current of previous promotion? I'd love to get on this, assuming that any four of Fyfe, Priddis, Gaff or Mundy can finish in any order as long as three of them all finish top three.

Players usually need a season of polling well before they are noticed
