What it should be is 3 years minimum for kids in the 1st round and then 2 years for kids after the first round.

Nah I am happy with 4. Players have too much power now. They keep bending over clubs.

Can't see a whole lot of pressure on Schache playing for a team like Brisbane

If we go first round pick since Leuie

2006 leunberger, best available- still around if he leaves its cause of our doing
2007- Henderson, we needed a tall, best we could get that pick, him leaving was our doing
2008- Rich, best available had to take him, still here
2009- we forgoed the opportunity to have a 1st round pick for Fev
2010- Polec...crap bloke was the exact talent we needed, part of the one major exodus
2011- Longer and Docherty even worse blokes, best available options at their picks, part of the major exodus we had
2012- Mayes, best available at that pick, still here
2013- Aish,, we are just a little bit unlucky there we really had to take him there had no other option but not to take him, but he shafted us
2014- forgoed the opportunity

its pretty easy to breakdown our lack of first round talent a bit of badluck (mainly the exodus) and our own trade moves

Schache did dominate the under 18s like no other forward before him he would clearly be the best player, regardless think we would pick best available and in this case take into account our needs which could be schache

also weitering did spent a couple of weeks in the summer here, we would have alot better idea about the type of person he is etc
