Next as in after the rugbyHe's coming up next on ABC Grandstand

Would you consider this trade if gold coast finish last Reid witts and our first pick for Schace him Moore would be unstoppable it's that happened I don't want to trade Reid or witts but he is once in a lifetime playerSchache is a top 5 Pick(Could be Number 1 Pick) so we won’t even be close to Drafting him

Hawthorn did that and it's the best thing they've done in modern historyYou're nuts.
Nearly every freaking year there seems to be a once in a lifetime/generation player.

All in the last 5 years. Not to mention the diamonds in the rough like McCarthy. You'd be mad to sell the farm for a single unproven draftee.
Did what? Traded away the equivalent of a potential top 5 in the league ruck, an AA CHB and their first pick for the number 1 pick?Hawthorn did that and it's the best thing they've done in modern history
Well they traded two top 10 picks (croad and mcpharlin), both who ended up being all Australian key defenders so they could draft an unproven Luke hodge.Did what? Traded away the equivalent of a potential top 5 in the league ruck, an AA CHB and their first pick for the number 1 pick?
I call bullshit.

Trade players or just picks? They do both in the NHL and I think it's great. Can you Trade on Draft Night? I have a Feeling you can now
Witts is already an excellent ruckman at only 22 and is only improving as he gains experience. Hardly an unknown. Reid has been off the park for 1.5 years, but is also one of our top 5 most important players on our list when fit. We'd be trading him at his lowest value when he could be potentially playing his best footy at his peak next year. Madness. Add our first round pick to that and it's a mind bogglingly bad trade.Well they traded two top 10 picks (croad and mcpharlin), both who ended up being all Australian key defenders so they could draft an unproven Luke hodge.
You don't want to trade for an unknown, witts is still an unknown, Reid hasn't been on the park for almost two years and a first round pick which is also an unknown.
Although I wouldn't be trading all three, it's not the craziest thing going around.

The Hawks trade involved risk, but it's not in the same realm as what this guy is suggesting we do, on the back of one guys comments on a player in a relatively weak draft, as opposed to the superdraft that Hodge went in.
He killed Francis apparently the other day he is spose to be the number 1 pick in the draft he has dominated under 18 championshipsYou're nuts.

So what? He's dominated the champs in a weak draft year. Big deal.He killed Francis apparently the other day he is spose to be the number 1 pick in the draft he has dominated under 18 championships

McKenzie did that last year, albeit at TAC, not champs, but the national champs had a lot higher talent level amongst the talls last year too.Kicking Bags of 6+8 Makes you stand up.
Can’t Remember last U-18 Kid to do that
He stated that he trained for a week over summer with Collingwood and that he bases his game on Travis Cloke, who is his favourite playerDad played for Brisbane. Think he wants to go there
You have to take in to account the only talks that are highly rated in this draft are Weitering and Collins who are on his team or Weidamen or Burton who are injuredKicking Bags of 6+8 Makes you stand up.
