That was my thought. Why come out and admit he's having issues with his hip(s) a fortnight before we play Hawthorn? Gee, I wonder what their dirty sniping players will be aiming for whenever Doc is nearby...

Season is over, put him in for surgery now and get him back on the track for preseason a bit earlier.

I wouldn't be surprised if Carrazzo is out as well. According to Campbell Brown, he still has the same foot issue from weeks ago. Could be turf toe?
