we cant go to the draft with

1, 8, 12,20,21 and SOSOS. thats 6 players, plus 5 in via trade. and PSD (wait and see what happens with aish) and then rookies.

thats 11 or 12 spots on our senior list.

would we have to delist holman armfield and white (as well as warnock)?

id rather turn 20 and 21 into 10, and keep holman personally

Depends how we structure our list. I won't do the math but we currently have a 38/6 split.............but can go 40/4

It's not a 1,8,10 vs 12,20,21 debate. It's a 1,8,12, 20,21 vs 1,8,10 and Tomlinson debate as we both are assuming the yarran and 12 deal occurs.

Therefore this is 10 and Tomlinson v 12, 20 and 21.

So let's base it on who coukd go at those picks.

Clayton Oliver and Adam Tomlinson
V
Kieran Collins, Ben McKay and jade Gresham

I'm sure there are many alternatives to who could go in these picks based on opinion
Proven AFL KPD with elite endurance plus Oliver who bashed and crashed his way to 6goals and 27 possie game not long ago and won the Morrish Medal, versus Collins who is a bull and I think will make it, Mackay a wildcard and little skillful Gresham...

I will stand by my call, quality not just depth required and we did just effectively get 6 players for 2 with SOS magic...

Hey everyone, all the best on Kerridge. Doing a solid rebuild now SOS is, a good move I'd say.
Kerridge will play over 150 games for the blues, he's in our best 22.
Will play as a High half forward with mid stints, he can dominate clearances if needed, all the best for 2016.

Cheers, I hope your club can rebuild and push forward. I'm not liking all the haters making fun of Carlton just because they haven't gone too well this and last year, hopefully you can turn it all around which I'm sure you will.
Positive for next year is that you can see all the kids develop at once and build a strong core, Plowman & Wietering on potential could be the best two key defenders in the game within 5 years.

Unless you're winning the Premiership, you're not really doing too great :)

We all love the wins through the year but we're all in it for one main reason, so it's O.K. to laugh but at this point in time, only Hawthorn can truly have the last laugh. Get Menzel right and he'll be a beauty.

Only an example on my behalf I'm sure Oliver could even be at 12 as he didn't make the Vic country side. I'm not saying Tomlinson isn't going to be a star either. 12, 20 and 21 imo will be better in the long term and I don't think we should get too greedy after such a great day today.

Off topic, I know, but...
in the last 24 hours we've had "parsimonious" and "carcinogenic" and "celestial" and "tumult"
Please remember that occasionally, Richmond supporters jump in here, we shouldn't confuse them any more than they already are..
