I think I still remember this game, was only 10/11 yrs old, remember thinking that it was amazing we were doing so good against the previous years premiers, never seen a replay of it either, wonder if its on the internet somewhereOne I would like to see again is our 1996 shock win v Carlton, first game I went to but have never seen a replay in the 20 years since.

Was that the game where Neesham's game plan actually worked perfectly? One I would like to see again is our 1996 shock win v Carlton, first game I went to but have never seen a replay in the 20 years since.
Probably, broke their massive record winning streak. Was that the game where Neesham's game plan actually worked perfectly?
I think it was my first Dockers game as well. Unbelievable win, and so much fun.Probably, broke their massive record winning streak.
Was a pretty funny day, a bloke stood up cheering, then went arse up because he obviously forgot that the new seats were flip ups when he went to sit down. Also Williams had a stinker and was banished to the forward pocket late in the day, the crowd really got into him. Some guy yells out randomly at him "Give back your medal!" which for some reason I've always found quite funny even though it didn't even really make much sense.
Couldn't have got a much better game to first go to really, think someone else on here said it was their first game, forgot who though.
Was that the game where Neesham's game plan actually worked perfectly?
Think they were on 18, going for 19.If my memory serves me, that game was Carlton shooting for 13 straight wins and it was touted as a formality.
