2015 Media Thread

They won't get rid of them, especially with the new stadium being built. Travelling 100 + km's each way every week is a big effort, especially when you play your own sport on the weekend.



3 games memberships are great for people who only want to attend a few games a year. With the new stadium I would expect more of these.


I wish you could pick and choose which games you attended. Port do a 3 game membership and you can pick which games you attend, and if you want to attend the showdown (our derby) you have to pay extra.

Cant see country members going either.

I imagine they will get more creative when the new stadium is here. At the moment they would want to package a better drawing game with games that are typically lower drawing. I would also like to see five game packages available.

I am often away for work, a five game package would be ideal knowing that if I am lucky I will get to 6-7 games this year.. sadly.

I hate to defend the West, but it is a newspaper. The Eagles game happened yesterday while our game happened the night before. There is also an article called 'Big four show their class'. Guess who that is about?

I did read that article as well, but it was seriously lacking for what we have achieved and it was the first publication of The West since our game

Thread-wise, in two weeks time if results fall your way, you could find yourselves two games in front of everyone else. Your season hinged on these first four or so weeks, and you went by undefeated. Can't see you dropping many games this year, you might drop the Hawthorn game away and you will probably send a B team to Adelaide in the last round so a loss there is probable too, and maybe a shock loss against an up and coming team away.
