FC is probably the type of show you would prefer us to not get a mention as it's all just unresearched, uninformed junk. Even the stuff on Victorian clubs, the stuff they actually pay attention to (in theory), is piss poor.

One of the things that pisses me off about footy classified is that everyone on the panel is obviously told to angrily disagree with each other, to the point where all it is is bickering about each other and cheap little digs under everyones breath. It feels like one of those crappy reality shows where they tell the people to have a "tantrum" and then film it. It really insults the intelligence of the audience

That and Craig Hutchinson is the biggest ****wit in media makes it pretty much unwatchable for me

Im sure there was an article did the dogs get home town calls when we got four free kicks in the game last year. There was wasn't there?

And the one they showed of Barlow getting blocked was a free as well - Goddard blocked him more than 5 metres off the ball or has that rule changed?

I would pay money to have 'Brilliant Shane' ask the Boss what he thinks of that video by the AFL....

Fremantle Dockers‏@freodockers

Ballantyne: "Pav's going alright for a 45-year-old

Ballantyne: "It's good to be winning games...we're improving each game...we're still building to our best footy.
Ballantyne: "Mayne's back to being that crazy, crazy, tackling forward...he's going really well
Ballantyne: "My best football is when I play on instinct"
Ballantyne: "I think my fitness was a bit off last week...I think I'm building and this week I hope I'll be better again
Ballantyne: Son-son is still building to his best footy and we have great chemistry
Ballantyne: "My bread and butter is tackling, chasing and getting to the big men's feet"
Ballantyne: Luke McPharlin would be a welcome addition if he came back in but that's up to the coach
Ballantyne: It's definitely not a tactical thing about fading out in games...it's something we need to work on
Ballantyne: Bob Murphy is a dangerous player and to stop him this weekend will be a key

It's hard to insult the intelligence of anyone who watches Footy Classified since to watch it you need little or no intelligence in the first place.

Not sure where to post this, but I'm watching us against the cats round 1 2012 on fox. Scarlett sucker punching bella was a dog act. However had to LOL when Pav walked up to the dog and point at his jaw, inviting him to try his luck with someone his own size.
I can not read lips but I'm sure he was calling him the weak p**k he was that nigh.

Speaking of junk, did you know AFL have posted a video and article asking 'did the dockers get home ground calls'.

I just watched it on the AFL's web site. They showed two decisions from the game, one being the deliberate out of bounds against Marcus Baguley which I think we all admit was a bit harsh given that he was under pressure by Pav.

The second one was a block by Brendon Goddard on Mickey Barlow which wasn't even paid.

I think they should change the title of that segment to "Nothing to see here."

Funny also that they mentioned Paddy Ryder deliberately trying to draw a free kick for head high contact yet fail to mention Jeremy McGovern doing exactly the same thing in the same match.

I don't think pressure matters with deliberate out of bounds. Only applies to deliberate behinds.

If you put it out of bounds deliberately it is a free kick no matter how much pressure you were under. The only mention of "pressure" in the rules is if you kicked the ball under pressure, and the pressure might have affected your kick, therefore not being so deliberate.

I think Jason Dunstall made this mistake when talking about the OOB on the weekend. Confusing it with the deliberate behind rule, which does judge less harshly if you are under pressure.

Obviously anyone who puts it out of bounds deliberately is under pressure. Otherwise they wouldn't do it.

Well it's about time, but AFL 360 just did a whole segment on Freo. Focussing on the first 3 quarters vs the last quarter (like our own thread). So watch out for it in the video thread tomorrow, in the second half of the show. Always have time for David Kings analysis.

Has David King ditched the "Rossteoporosis" rubbish yet?

The floodgates are open.
AFL360 via King and Mclure couldn't hold back. Gerard, smiling and nodding knowingly which makes me think this
Ignoring of Fremantle has been deliberate, while Robbo exchanged indulgent platitudes with Mclure.

I am satisfied now and they can go back to ignoring us if they want but somehow, l don't think they will.
