I wonder what the yellow flag was for. There was no one in front of them - they were the leaders. All I can think is it is for Iannone who has slowed behind them.

Pretty accurate summation from my point of view.
So going Road Rash gets a light penalty in MotoGP. That's a dangerous precedent.
Piss weak penalty. Anyone else would have been DQ'd and got the penalty for next race. Pathetic.

Looking at the motogp results on wiki. Had Pedrosa just rode shot gun, a second behind Marquez. Not attempted to even pas him. He'd be in title contention now.

I meant pedrosa. He doesn't have the speed Marquez. But if he just stayed that second behind, a maintaining a pace when Marquez crashed. He'd be right in there for the title.
