Absolutely. I was given an insight into a normal training session the other day. Each player is given an individualized program at this particular club to the extent that player A is told they are going to run 2.35 km today whereas player B will run 3.75 km. They are pulled off the track as soon as this distance is met in the GPS. The scrutinisation is remarkable. As you say diets are strictly monitored, sleep, everything.
But EFC* kept no records of what was injected. Luckily they know it wasn't anything harmful, or illegal, or performance enhancing, or detrimental to players health, or banned by WADA.
