I was so looking foward to bidding #1 on Callum Mills as Sydney have pretty much revealed their hand and have no alternative but to match any bids for him.

They should be made to pay max amount for being so smug about improving their points by trading out their 1st pick, If i was SOS i would 100% make the bid on mills

How can you **** up GWS? I already have the best 20 players don't I?

No idea but i'm sure you'll manage it... think i'll nick name you SOS :p

Thanks mate lets GO !!!

Seeing as we are going to start this Phantom as what we expect to happen rather than what we would like to happen if we were the actual recruiter then i will attempt to be as gutless as SOS will be in his 1st selection

1. Carlton – Jacob Weitering (VIC – KPD)
Height: 195cm, Weight: 90kg, DOB: 23/11/1997
Recruited from: Dandenong Stingrays
Profile: Rapidly improving rebounding key defender.

Not going to go into too much detail about what he is like as a player blah blah blah as everybody thats reading or participating in this phantom already know as much as they need to about Jacob and how good a KPD he " should" become if Carlton dont stuff him up enough to make him want to come to Richmond in 2 years time.

Tigerbob your up mate

Pick 2: Joshua Schache

199cm Key Forward who can be a match winner. Pretty much a blessing that he falls to Brisbane as it's exactly what they need.

Further write up to come when I'm not travelling back home.

Pick 4 - Melbourne

Melbourne need a bit of everything, Francis is a viable option here but I don't see him as anything more then 3rd man up defender. Parish is another option, does everything to a good level but not a great level.

Instead Melbourne are going to go left field here and take another big bodied mid in Clayton Oliver.

Oliver is exactly they type of midfielder Roo's loves. He is big, aggressive, athletic and a contested beast. He has a sub 3 second 20m which is quick, and 10:45 3km suggest he has a decent motor. He can go forward, take a mark and kick a goal and like i said very good around the packs.

He, Viney and Brayshaw will make a supreme contested ball winning midfield with Gawn knocking it down their throats. It'll also allow Petracca to play that high half forward role in a similar way to Dusty. Starts to make the forward line look pretty potent along with Hogan and Garlett.

But it will restart in 2 years when he asks to be traded to richmond to replace chaplin
Hopefully we don't have to give up pick 12 to get him.

Which one of you is already in Schache's ear to come home?
Would be a hard sell as his father Laurence played for the Bears.

Pick 6 - Darcy Parish (Essendon)

Here at Essendon, we take pride in our players. That's why we jab them with needles, it's all with good intentions. We need our midfield to have another gun who looks like a tosser, this boy will fit in nicely next to Dyson Heppell. Typical surfer looking, blonde haired bogan who attending a prissy private school.
