I am pretty screwed for this round of the bye, so that's not a concern. Pretty set on bringing in Danger and Sloane for Rich and CEY (whenever). That leaves one spot that I am unsure about, and those 3 guys are the easiest fit. Thompson was another, but that seems like a lot of crows. I could probably down/upgrade to Priddis, if I pushed it, but I was hoping to do that with Tarrant in the forward-line. Possibly Delidio or Goddard.

Thinking the same 3 except with Laird instead of Simpson. Was leaving towards picken because of how consistent he's been since he starting tonning up. Any doggies fans have any insight as to whether they think he'll continue playing the same role?

Like I said purely based on opinion and I think Hodges average in inflated by his 177, without that they are alot more even, and Simpson has a better price tag.

Simpsons average inflated by his 149. take that out and Hodge looks a lot better...plus he has a higher ceiling

149 is a much more reasonable task for Simpson than 177 is for Hodge.

The point is that whilst Simpson is more than capable of going 140 again, I could say with the upmost confidence that Hodge isnt going to get anything close to 170 again.

Hodge playing more midfield minutes and should continue to avg 100 from here. Simpson is likely to have bigger scores but also has plenty games where he does nothing for 3qtrs and seagulls his way to a respectable 90.

Not really to fazed how guys score their points, as long as they are respectable by games end. kind of wish a few more of my players would take advantage of junk time.

Personally I would go option 1 but only because I don't like the look of your forward line (Steele at F6 and no cover) if you go option 2. If you can get another forward premo or at least reliable bench cover in next week I would do option 2 but otherwise option 1.
