Its called the 5:2 diet & yes it works but it's bloody hard to maintain. 2 days are a killer & thats why I prefer the no meals after 8pm till 12am the next morning & reduce portion sizes.
Now what to do about my love of beer?

first month was hard, after that it's a breeze. i've been doing it for 18 months, no sweat (just maintaining now).

what i like about it is you basically do whatever suits you. if you don't adhere to it exactly, no sweat, you can just fast another day.

I like Poker, except for one, it is impossible to start the game without the normal amount of money! But here, you can start for free and also make good money and enjoy the game!
