And what's the relevance of that to that player hitting the points?

No relevance at all.
I am just keep tabs on my betting record, and in case anyone asks, I have it there to refer back on.

Basically, after all that time (and the slight stress involved), I have barely got my head above water

Ahh ok. I was trying to work out if it was a break down of his scoring

Round 5 bet

Well after last weeks disaster(1-5) which resulted in a 50% loss I'm returning back to basics.

Games I'm avoiding this week
WB v Sydney, I have no read on WB atm
Geel v Richmond , I don't be against Geelong but if you do bet against them beating the line.
GC v Brisbane Both are basket cases.

Bet 11
Collingwood v Carlton -11.5 1.92
North v Hawthorn -11.5 1.62
Melbourne v Freemantle -17.5 1.45
St Kilda v Essendon -11.5 1.29

Pays 5.81
Bet of 10%

Reserve 120%

For me the riskiest is the Col v Carlton, followed by Hawthorn v North.
I'll prbably make another multi with the last two legs and another risker bet(or 2) to get that one up to $5

Bets that I'm interested that could be made after selection
the Port v Adelaide the line for Port is -7.5 but I'll wait for selection
WC v GWS, I don't think this is going to be close, one side is going to win well, I'd bet 5% each way WC over 15.5(2.1) and GWS over 15.5 (3.90)

3-7*

*2-0

Got my money on Hawthorn here.

Haven't had a tip for the past few days but finally a smaller play here, $150 @ $1.95 for me on Milwaukee at the +3.5 line.

NBA PLAYOFFS

Chicago Bulls Vs Milwaukee Bucks

BUCKS +3.5
(20 units)

this will be interesting...following the play offs not sure i like the chances as the bulls should thump the bucks.

tough to against abet, he's been pretty good so far.

Everyone seems to be on the Bulls and that's always a worry. They really have been in poor form lately. Even the media in the states are already penciling in the Cavs v Bulls and who wins games 1 & 2 in that series. The Bucks are still in this.

Round 5 bet 2 and 3/4

Betting 10%
Melbourne v Freemantle -11.5 1.32
St Kilda v Essendon -11.5 1.25
Adelaide v Port -11.5 2.00
West Cost v GWS +35.5 1.23
pays $4.05

I wasn't sure about the result in the GWS v WC game but I expect GWS to get within six goals of WC. I used a lower line in the Mel v Freemantle

I'm predicting a blow out in the Brisbane v GC but I don't know which side will win
5% each way to win over 15.5+
Brisbane 3.2
GC 2.7

Risking 10% to gain 13.5% or 16%

Current Reserve 100%
a full wipe-out this round would put me back where I started.

3-7*

(2-0)

listened to a few podcasts today and they were also on the bucks making history and being the first team to come from 0-3 down...just with butler and gasol i do not like their chances.

Holy shit darren!
The Bulls won 122 to 66!

You were right about that thumping. Even contributors right across the board for the team. This win is really going to have them in good spirits coming in to face the Cavaliers next week.
I like nba and basketball in general but haven't followed religiously in recent seasons.

So who does that leave now. Chicago, Cleveland...

Who else?

Who do you think will be (gut feel) in the finals?

we got Warriors, Bulls, Rockets, Grizzlies, Wizards, Cavaliers already through to the next round.
Still playing are the Clippers v Spurs (Spurs lead series 3-2) and Hawks v Nets (Hawks lead series 3-2).

I'm personally liking the Warriors and the Bulls. Although, when I did have a feeling about the Bulls, it was mainly due to the return of Derick Rose and having just watched them play rather poorly throughout the series against Bucks, I'm not so sure now. Then again, today's win was a good momentum shifter. They are a terrific defensive team almost like the Dockers and usually keep games to the mid 80's, mid 90's where they invariably find ways to close out very tightly contested games. It's playoff style basketball which is innate to them. But some of the teams advancing at the moment, they are on another level when it comes to scoring. The Rockets in particular, they can put up 15 points in the space of a minute, so it will be fascinating to watch how defense can counteract high powered offense.

nah, you convinced me it would be closer in the end....thibbs is a great coach and didnt see the bulls losing it.

i think the cavs will beat the bulls, noah, gibson and rose too injured.

well you were right but that guy has a 75% win strike rate and that was only a small play compared to his Double Max and Dream plays so only a small loss, however have made it up on other forms of betting and the greyhounds are yet to come.

no Love or J.R. Smith you realize?
Well, no Smith for the first two games. I think the Bulls can snatch one of those games.

it was still a two horse race so to speak and anything can happen in these nba playoff games, not the worst punt.

i listen to too many nba podcats i think, just think the bulls have no one to match up on lebron and they could potentially go small ball.

bulls will snatch 2 games, but not a 3rd.

Man who ever has backed the Bulldogs this year would have made a fortune.

A couple of line bets
20% on Freemantle to beat Melbourne -19.5 1.48
10% on Hawthorn to beat North -11.5 1.51

70% reserve
