2015 SuperCoach Regrets/Vent Thread

Daniher's BE is 80. He's not going to all of a sudden jump from averaging 60 to averaging 80. I have no idea how you can think this. Heavy bias is all I can think of.

There is a whole lot more to suggest Newnes will breakout. Newnes put on 6kg in the offseason, improved his fitness a heap, a lot of our midfielders have gone down and is now in the leadership group. What has Daniher done? Unofficially 'bulked up' and had lessons with Lloyd

Maybe from being an Essendon fan who actually watches Essendon training videos and a member of the Essendon board where we have people go to training and report on our board? Look how good he looked against GWS. Marking has always been his strength, and his kicking looks textbook these days. Forgive me for backing him in.

Ever considered they might be bias as well? Anyways, he may turn out to be a decent player, but he won't be any good at SC. If you're gonna back him in, then pick him. Why are you talking him up, then not picking him?

Probably, but doubt his fitness is there yet. You don't come across a heap of Rooey type key forwards. And it's incredibly hard to teach

No doubt. If he can build his aerobic capacity I think he has the body and skill set for it.
He'll get beaten up & outmuscled one on one.

Unproven KPP's simply don't work in SC. If you want him go ahead, but the vast majority of us here simply won't pick him. Most probably wouldn't pick up Riewoldt (ageing) or Westhoff (kind of unproven still), some might pick up Roughead but even then.

I still don't know why people laugh at the 6kg? He's put on 6kg of muscle which is a fair bit. But still it's not just putting on muscle that is why he's being picked, it's just one of many factors.
