From an opposition supporters point of view I want to say well done on gaining 3 and 7 in the draft. A terrific outcome for the Demons and in terms of management in the draft I think it allows for a top line midfielder of the draft and the best KPF in the draft apart from Schache.

My thoughts is get Sam Wiederman in at 3 and the best available mid at pick 7 whether its an inside leaning mid in Rhys Mathieson or outside mid in Darcy Tucker. Ben Kennedy is a great addition as well as a forward/ midfielder and Tom Bugg as more of an outside leaning mid.

There is obviously no indication whether the kid can play ... but at 191cm, sub 2.8sec 20m, and a high leap than his old man, there is plenty to work with there!

I was sitting about 20-30m away from Smith when he took that mark, just incredible!
