Ling said he honestly had no idea where Danger would be
Everyone else are sure he is gone to the cats
Could it be Ling knows exactly where he is going, and it ain't the Cats....but he knows where his bread gets buttered, an he ain't going to burn his bridges with the AFL by outing their plans to place Danger at the Suns.

If the AFL can massage that one I will tip my hat to their corrupt ways. Danger doesn't seem like he would care that much about $ to go to a shit club like GC.

Wouldn't be surprised if Carlisle turns out to have been the slow burn that we organised late 2014.

Still keep hearing stories of him being an ordinary bloke..... not sure how this would affect a club decision to proceed with him?

No doubt on the talent side, & I must say that I think, he is exactly what we need going forward for this new crop of stupidly tall opposition forwards!

In terms of development, well in front of Brand, & miles in front of Kurt (who is a different type of player)

Yes, I've heard he's a tool from someone who grew up with him, and has watched his ego grow.

That thread sold me on it as well. Danger's a done deal to the Suns.

Make of this what you will, JOR played under 18s/VIC metro with my little cousin, my cousin is convinced Bennell is a Hawk... So he said to me yesterday at the EDFL GF, could be full of it but he has been on the ball with a few things. I would prefer not Bennell simply because of what's happened in the media but alone on football talent would be a super get.

Danger and StevieJ to the Suns, watch it happen.
If we go big name it should be Bennell or jaeger. If we go out side the box and get players to play a roll we should look at player like Cam Ellis-Yolmen, Jack Redden, Chris Yarren, Tom Sheriden, Lachey Neale, Josh Walker (Gellong), David Swallow, Matt Buntine and Jack Grimes.
Hawk players to use as bait for these players should be B.Hill, Tim O'B, Poppy, Liquorland, Suckling, Schoenmakers.
We should get a few trades through with some of these but try and keep our first pick. J

You want to trade Frawley on the basis that he stunk it up as a forward, and McEvoy because he didn't out leap the biggest leaping ruckman in the comp.

It makes zero sense that you've targeted those two, in a team that was poor across the board.
Frawley's decision making is terrible, you can't teach composure and his skill execution...below average at best.
McEvoy is serviceable but is not a great tap ruckman and isn't the agile ruck/forward we now lack post Hale. Neither should be on the untouchable list come trade period.
We brought these guys in as we were smack bang in the middle of a premiership window. We will go to 2 o'clock on the premiership clock pretty quickly based on Friday nights effort and it may be time for 1 step back for 2 steps forward.
Regardless of trading anyone out we have to find a way to stockpile first and second round picks next year rather than trade them out.
Mitchell Hibberd is the type of player we need in this years draft and should be available at our pick.

We are still in the premiership race this year but the winds are a Changin!

The greatest team of all!

You can, its why so many of the top teams can develop players taken in the 15 -18 range to be better players than those taken in the top 10.

We just gotta beat the Melbourne out of him.

Exactly.
People wanting to trade Birchall?

Birch is our glue in the backline and one of the best rebounders who's ever played. He links the backline together, and provides run and long kicking to the forward line.
He's proved himself in 3 Grand Finals.

You may want to find another scapegoat.
Birchall is to Hawthorn what Enright is to Geelong!
