so I have a question that maybe no one here can answer, but here goes any.

we currently have pick 73 point value = 9

as the draft proceeds and Academy and F/S clubs have to use multiple picks to obtain Academy and F/S players, and 73 slips up the order to say 63, does its point value increase to 112?

Oh yeah did everyone hear Derek Hine on SEN saying that North had a sit down meeting with Treloar during the year, which means we missed out again to Collingwood, the media must be scaring our guys off claiming that were too old.

man Treloar would have been a fantastic get for is.

For us its irrelevant. I'm guessing what you're getting at is how do those point allocations impact clubs who are also bidding on academy/fs?

Then you add in Mark Robinson and you complete the Four Journo's of the Apocalypse.
Robbo's a dickhead but I feel like I could at least talk to him because he has a genuine interest in footy. Those 3 + Ralph + Stevens are smiling goons in competition of who can upset the most people and act the most dispassionate.

I think its more of a case of them being worried they wont be in our best 22!

From The West Australian

But it is understood the Dockers have also done some preliminary work on the possibility of a trade deal for North Melbourne’s Aaron Black, who like McCarthy is under contract but is believed to be keen to return home.

Black, 24, kicked 33 goals as a 22-year-old for North in 2013 but has had injury and form issues since and played just three games in 2015 for one goal after the recruitment of Jarrad Waite from Carlton.

Yeah as I said over the weekend, they'll make a late play for Aaron. It'll come now.

The interest is there, but from what I understand we are expecting Freo to lowball us.

I'd be looking to keep him if that's the case.

I'd expect most clubs would have talked to players that are coming out of contract that they would want at their club.

Treloar would have been just about the most perfect fit for our midfield. It would have been very very hard to contain adding Wells, Treloar and Anderson to the mix.

I hate to say it, but Collingwood will be stoked with a kid I rated from very early on. He's a jet.
