McKernan photoshopped? He looks like he could eat Giles for lunch.

The young guys that come out of contract at the end of the year are the ones basically competing for spots on the list in 2016;-
O'Brien, Pears, J.Merrett, Fantasia, Kav, Browne, Hams & Dalgleish
Plus all the guys on the Rookie list: Long, McKernan, McKenna, Aylett, Steinberg
If 3 or 4 of the guys in bold have good years and play 6 - 12 senior games and 1 or 2 of the rookies can get a contract in 2016 we've done well with our young guys

Z. Merrett is best 21 already dudeKills me to say it about Pears but I think all of those boys are struggling to be at the club, those who aren't here for their first year that is.
Also regards the photo I agree with Bruno, Laverde looks massive. In fact that makes me think all of the guys in that picture have been photo-shopped.
However, if he really is that size I think that he and Langford can combine with Ambrose to make an interesting half forward line where all have the size of a small KPP and the athleticism of a midfielder. Combined with Daniher and resting ruck it is potentially the future of forward lines.
This will allow us to play a Hurley, Hooker and Carlisle combination down back, which would be simply amazing. Combined with Dempsey, Hibberd and Baguely could be the best back 6 in the league.
I'm obviously talking a few years down the track. I think this year Z. Merrett will become best 21 and Laverde will get the sub vest a number of times. Carlise will play forward, Cooney will provide run off half forward with Winderlich and Chapman. Gwilt will play down back.
Sort of, but perhaps not if full squad available and Melksham, Howlett and Hocking all in form. We've added Cooney to the list this year and as a result Zack is in the 18 -25 range of the list.Z. Merrett is best 21 already dude
It's what inspired my other thread today.Friday evening was probably the best collective match I've seen that NextGen group play, including VFL. There is light

Best 21 by definition assumes all players are fit firstly. But you can't then use the "if certain players were playing better" clause. Based on form to date, hocking and merrett are best 21, howlett and Melksham are not. But they all have the opportunity each week to influence that for the rest of the year at least.Sort of, but perhaps not if full squad available and Melksham, Howlett and Hocking all in form. We've added Cooney to the list this year and as a result Zack is in the 18 -25 range of the list.
Who replaces Z.Merrett as a half forward?Merret clearly a better option long term than those two. However, still young and small.
I also expect there to be one or two on the injury list so Zach will play if available. However, in fantasy land where no senior players are injured and all are in good form he may miss.
Cooney and a fit Winderlich.
Looks like they all play for Melbourne.McKernan photoshopped? He looks like he could eat Giles for lunch.
