Post 117 above by Russian says "All rookies are $65k". There's a list of eligible players that can be drafted as a rookie in the OP.

I've made my selection from that list on the basis of that.

I did say that, then I forgot I said that. There are no other players where that rule would apply, so Dunstan is a Lions rookie and we don't have to start again.
