Still have Yeo, Cole and Nelson to play in the backline if needed. Plus it sounds like Rotham is being considered for our 2nd.

Midfield is clearly our weakest and most frustrating problem. It needs to be prioritized. Some testicles also wouldn't be a bad thing either. No homo.

If Sheed, Duggan, Jetta and Redden all make it through pre-season our midfield will be very different this year. We currently have midfielders out the wazoo depth wise.

His highest total for any game in the last 2 years is 20 disposals. I'm going to be ****ing wild if we draft him with our first tbh. ****ing pissed. I don't want english, berry, marshall or scrimshaw. Just about anyone else and i could understand it.

The consensus from the scribes seems to be Berry on the basis that the other two we'd look at (Brodie and Simpkin) will be gone

I hope he can justify the selection - we can't afford to **** this pick up

Hopefully one of SPP or Shai Bolton lasts to our 2nd pick but this seems unlikely

How good would this draft have been if we'd worked out a way to get a couple of early second rounders and managed to pick up SPP & Bolton with them

I still fail to see what it is about him that ranks him significantly below the Victorian boys we seem to be considering

Totally agree comparing Berry and SPP I rate Sam the better talent.

I keep wondering this :

Just what is it that has made The Club want to dismiss him at our first pick..... thats the bit that we obviously don't know!!!!

He has been right under our noses at East Perth and he has been line coached and closely watched by Nicoski, Selwood and Graham so what the hell is it that has put us off him for our first.

I don't F****** know .

So the mind keeps trying to guess WTF could it be :

Attitude ? Is First Class
Coach ability ? Coaches pet at ais and wa academy
Cant follow instructions ? never heard that
Low Footy IQ ? Very good natural footballer
