But many people havent gotten back to me about their cuts/keeps, so im gonna have to open the season without a lot of rookies added to peoples squads and theyll just have to tell me who they wabt and then i can add to their rosters

Cool... I think I was OK wasn't I? I'll check my roster now.

When the season opens in a few days, the following people will not have the players listed on their rosters....due to either a) them having too many players at a position and needing to cut players in order to receive these players, or b) the site locked me out before i could move traded players to and from teams, or c) the players don't exist in ESPN yet (gg players).

so...you will need to let me know now, who you want cut from your team in order to receive the missing players.

some people already have 8 rbs or wrs and drafted another 2.

until I hear from people, the missing players will remain in free agency -- but no one is allowed to claim them from waivers until i give the all-clear.

Yes. That's what that means. If I can't add a player to your roster it means you have maxed out that position group and need to tell me who to cut.
